For use with clamp fittings according to BS 4825, pipe standard according to ASTM A269 / 270. This hygienic device offers clear visibility to your process and may be clamp connected or orbital welded onto a tank or piping system.

  • Design Temperature: -80°C to 150°C (-112°F to 302°F)

Material :

  • Lens Cover: AISI 316L stainless steel
  • Clamp: AISI 304 stainless steel (optional)
  • Glass Lens: Borosilicate tempered glass to DIN 7080
  • Clamp gasket: Silicone, EPDM, Viton (optional)
  • Lens cushion gasket: PTFE

Surface finish :

  • Product contact surface finish: 15 - 20 Ra

Marking :

  • Each Lens cover is marked with Heat No. for full lot traceability
